About The Position

ChristianaCare is actively recruiting experienced Primary Care Physicians to join its Rehoboth Beach practice to care for its 65+ populations. This role involves joining a team of 9 experienced FM providers in a multidisciplinary practice, focusing on 36 patient care hours per week with 4 hours of admin time (some of which can be done remotely). The position offers the opportunity to work with a 65+ patient population with diverse care needs, utilizing 30/60 minute visits for thorough care. Onsite support services include a pharmacist and behavioral health specialists. The practice also offers paid Primary Care desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities. In partnership with Highmark Medicare Advantage Plan, the 65+ practice will focus on optimizing chronic health conditions, maintaining mobility and functional status, nutrition, and medication needs to improve healthy aging. Requirements

  • Experienced Primary Care Physician
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Responsibilities
