About The Position

We are looking for a primary care physician to join our team working at CenterWell Primary Care clinics based in Apopka and surrounding offices depending on the location needs. You will collaborate with a diverse team focused on whole-person care—physical, emotional, and social. You will enjoy a lower daily patient volume to foster deeper relationships and deliver more personalized care. Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida.
• Board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine.
• Experience in chronic condition management or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
• Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes.
• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
• Experience supervising advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialist.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Contribute to strategic programs and innovations in care delivery.
