About The Position

Gould Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) Urologist to join their team in Stockton, CA. This is a stable and growing group offering flexible scheduling. The position utilizes the Epic EHR system. A two-year salary guarantee is available, with compensation transitioning to an RVU-based model in year two, including RVU bonus potential during the guarantee period. A sign-on bonus and residency stipend are also offered. Robotics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urological care to patients.
• Utilize Epic EHR system for patient records.
• Participate in a two-year shareholder track.
• Engage in RVU-based compensation model starting in year 2.
• Potentially earn RVU bonuses during the guarantee period.
