About The Position

Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking to employ a Urologist to join its well-established program at its Baptist Health Homestead Hospital location. The team is comprised of 20 urologists treating a wide array of urologic conditions using the latest innovations in surgical and non-surgical therapies. They offer general urologic to subspecialized care, including women's and men's sexual health, bladder cancer care, and a wound and ostomy clinic. This is a full-time opportunity located at Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet Recognition with Distinction hospital serving the southern Miami-Dade County community. The group has established protocols, recognized leadership, and exhibits continuous growth potential. Candidates should focus on quality, excellent patient-centered care, professional demeanor, and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compensation is commensurate with training and experience.

Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date).
• Satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU).

• Prior experience providing the full scope of general urologic care in a community setting.
• Subspecialized training or interests are welcomed but not required.
