About The Position

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine trained physicians for an Urgent Care opportunity in Visalia, California. This role offers a unique ownership model providing autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. As a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians, Vituity offers financial transparency, a comprehensive benefits package including profit distribution, and multiple career development opportunities. The practice is affiliated with the Kaweah Family Medicine Residency and offers referral resources through a hospital-based system. Facility hours are 9 am-9 pm with telehealth services, and an average of 140-180 patients are seen per day. The practice is equipped with on-site x-ray, stat lab, and point-of-care testing. This facility may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine trained physicians.
• Board Certified Family Medicine physicians preferred.
• ACLS required.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Visa Candidates encouraged to apply.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care to patients.
• Work in a mixture of community and academic practice.
• Collaborate with the Kaweah Family Medicine Residency.
• Utilize on-site x-ray, stat lab, and point of care testing.
• Provide telehealth services.
