About The Position

Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians who are all equitable owners. The partnership with Golden Valley Health Centers (GVHC) aims to provide Urgent Care and same-day care access to the community in GVHC's existing locations. GVHC is the nation’s 2nd largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering healthcare access to underserved populations. Providers will be cross-credentialed at all GVHC locations and will have solo provider coverage with an anticipated daily volume of 30 patients at each location. Site hours vary by location.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Visa Candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
