About The Position

Community Physician Network is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice at the Stones Crossing Pavilion. The pavilion is part of a rapidly growing medical facility that will be expanding to meet the needs of the surrounding community, offering exciting future opportunities for our care teams. This role involves a shared call schedule, a team-based care model, and utilizes a fully integrated EPIC EMR system. Full onsite lab services are available, and a large group of specialists are based nearby, including at Community Hospital South. The medical pavilion is experiencing growth with future expansion plans.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team

Responsibilities
