About The Position
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a BC/BE Sleep Medicine physician for a full-time position. The role involves comprehensive sleep medicine responsibilities, with a focus on building long-term patient relationships. The position is supported by a dedicated Sleep Medicine team committed to teamwork and optimal patient outcomes, as well as supportive administration that prioritizes quality care and provider/patient satisfaction. SVMC has a 100-year history of innovation and serves the greater Bennington area through its 99-bed hospital and 25 practices across nine locations. Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of Vermont
- Must obtain and maintain a Federal DEA certificate in the State of Vermont
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and Management of patients with a full spectrum of sleep disorders
- Interpretation of diagnostic/therapeutic sleep studies and follow up with patients as appropriate
- Sleep consult management and other duties based on the needs of the service line
