Physician Scheduler
About The Position
Capital Cardiology Associates is seeking a full time Physician Scheduler to join our team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating physician and Advanced Practitioner schedules and monitoring physician schedules for any and all conflicts. Communicating changes to site managers, maintaining and updating the exchange, answering service web pages, doctors’ requests for time off and the practice calendars. The ideal candidate will be professional, detailed oriented, organized, able to work in a fast paced environment, and have the ability to prioritize. Candidates must possess high levels of communication, critical thinking skills, and be able to problem solve individually and as a team is a must.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with Medical software and terminology a plus
- Prior Medical Office experience is preferred
