About The Position

San Diego Fertility Center is a world-class reproductive center with over 70 years of collective experience in diagnosing and treating infertility. As a leading fertility provider in San Diego, SDFC hosts patients from around the world for IVF and other fertility treatments. We are seeking a full-time, Mandarin-speaking Physician's Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered PA license in California.
Experience in IVF (fertility), women's health, or OBGYN required.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency with EMRs and computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Mandarin Speaking required.

Responsibilities

Provide initial patient consultations, directing infertility evaluations and implementing treatment protocols.
Obtain detailed medical histories, review medical records, and perform appropriate physical examinations.
Perform infertility-related services including ultrasonography, routine gynecological exams and procedures, endometrial biopsies, and interpretation of laboratory values.
Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
Prepare and counsel patients, providing informed consent for the spectrum of ART services.
Provide limited supervision for clinical staff, overseeing personnel scheduling and organizational systems.
Act as a liaison between clinical staff and supervising physician to ensure quality medical care and identify areas for improvement.
Offer patient counseling and education on relevant health issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
