About The Position
A busy sleep clinic and pulmonology practice in the East Bay is seeking a California-licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP). Responsibilities will include providing direct patient care in a variety of clinical settings, including consultations and follow-up outpatient visits. The practice provides subspecialty care for adults in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, dedication, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a part-time position based in Walnut Creek and Oakland, California.
Requirements
- Current California State Licensure as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Clinical master's degree Physician Assistant or Clinical master's degree in nursing or DNP for ARNPs
- National Board Certification/Certification-eligible if newly graduated (Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants)
- Current BLS or ACLS certification
- Current DEA License
- Reliability, dedication, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine, ENT, Cardiology, or Neurology.
