About The Position
Mercy Fort Smith is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join an established outpatient practice. This is a full-time employed position within a nationally recognized, physician-led health system committed to exceptional patient care, innovation, and advanced technology. The practice emphasizes quality patient care and benefits from a strong referral network. Physicians will utilize the EPIC electronic health record system with DAX Copilot technology in a collaborative, physician-friendly environment. There are also opportunities for teaching through the Internal Medicine Residency Program, Family Medicine Residency Program, and the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist
- Physician-led health system experience
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
- Experience with DAX Copilot technology

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient-focused rheumatology care.
