About The Position

Dane Street is seeking experienced Orthopedic Surgeons licensed in Georgia to join our growing panel of independent physician reviewers. In this role, you will utilize your orthopedic expertise to conduct medical record reviews and provide objective, evidence-based clinical opinions. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to customize your workload while working as a 1099 independent contractor.

As a Physician Reviewer, you will evaluate medical records, prepare concise clinical summaries, and provide independent medical opinions in response to client-specific questions. Reviews may involve assessing medical necessity, causation, appropriateness of care, treatment recommendations, impairment ratings, and disability-related matters.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
• Current, unrestricted Georgia medical license
• Active clinical practice or recent experience in Orthopedic Surgery
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
• Ability to attend required orientation and training sessions
• Maintain all applicable licensure, certifications, credentialing, and professional requirements necessary to perform reviewer services

• Applying current clinical guidelines and standards of care to all reviews
