ConcentraJacksonville, FL
Onsite

About The Position

This is a PRN (per diem) flexible scheduling opportunity, with privileges assigned across all 3 local Concentra clinics (Northside on Dunn Ave, Westside on Normandy Blvd and Southside on University Blvd). Primary shift time opportunities are Monday – Friday, 8a-5pm. However, our 3 Jacksonville locations offer variable hours, so occasional shifts may be available for the following: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Westside only), 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (all locations), 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Westside only), 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Westside only), Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Northside only). New PRN colleagues will complete at least 10 training orientation focused shifts. Training is conducted during normal weekday business hours only. We ask that training shifts be scheduled as consecutively as possible to support a successful onboarding experience. If a traditional two-week training schedule is not feasible, alternate scheduling may be available for orientation, such as Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday or Wednesday-Thursday-Friday over several weeks. Ideally, all 10 training shifts should be completed within the first month of employment. After training is complete, new colleagues preferably will schedule at least 4 to 6 shifts per month, with availability falling primarily on weekdays, and willingness to contribute to some Saturdays from time to time. As a PRN staff physician, you are a vital part of a dedicated team of clinicians committed to exceptional patient care. Your patients, as well as your medical and support team, will look to you for your excellent problem solving and leadership skills. As a Concentra Clinician, you will be accountable for assessing patients and providing treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience. The treatments you provide will make a tremendous difference in the lives of those who look to us for care and comfort. This is an extraordinary opportunity for you to make a difference as you watch your clinical and leadership skills impact the health of America’s workforce, and when you’re done for the day, your personal time is yours.
