About The Position
University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking intensivists to join the Intensivist Service at Southdale Hospital in Edina. This practice includes day and night shifts at M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN. The role involves managing critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation and vasopressor use, and obtaining central venous access and arterial access with minimal supervision. The physician will be responsible for putting in orders and notes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicine residency and in the process of completing a fellowship-training program in Pul/Critical Care.
- Board eligible/certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Licensed or ability to obtain medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota, and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
