About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for our Primary Care team in Toledo, OH. This role involves 100% outpatient care with a 1:7 call/holiday coverage rotation. Physicians will be equipped with cutting-edge ambient dictation with Abridge AI. A comprehensive relocation package is available, and there is an option to perform minor procedures. The position offers flexible scheduling options, featuring 8- or 10-hour shifts and a choice of 4 or 5 days per week, utilizing the EPIC EMR system. PPG focuses on preventive care and patient education across a wide range of medical specialties, helping individuals maintain long-term health and manage complex conditions. Physicians apply the latest medical knowledge and collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care at every stage of life. Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient primary care.
• Participate in a 1:7 call/holiday coverage rotation.
• Utilize ambient dictation with Abridge AI.
• Perform minor procedures (optional).
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care.
• Focus on preventive care and patient education.
