About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking an exceptional Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time, outpatient practice opportunity. This role is part of a comprehensive, fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to its academic mission, EMR analytics, and an exceptional patient experience. As the principal academic affiliate of the Pritzker School of Medicine at The University of Chicago, academic appointment is available to qualified candidates. Requirements
- Illinois Medical License or License Pending
- Completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Internal/Family Medicine.

- Academic appointment is available to qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Development of a clinical practice.
- A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
- Participation in weekend and weekday call.
- Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
