About The Position

St. Luke’s Medical Group is recruiting board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians for outpatient primary care practices in St. Louis’ western and southern suburbs. The physician will provide 100% outpatient primary care with no inpatient responsibilities in a supportive, physician-led, patient-centered environment. The role offers schedule control, evening and weekend call coverage, experienced clinical staff, access to St. Luke’s specialists and services, and opportunities to contribute to leadership and innovation. Physicians will use Cerner EMR and AI tools that input directly into the EMR, with support from a dedicated clinical team. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and productivity incentives, with marketing support to help grow the practice.

Requirements

• MD or DO.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Team-oriented and patient-focused, with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• DEA license.
• Missouri Board of Registration of the Healing Arts licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care; there are no inpatient responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with experienced clinical staff in a patient-centered practice environment.
• Use Cerner EMR and AI tools that input directly into the EMR.
