About The Position

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in South Elgin, in the western suburbs of Chicago. As an NM Primary Care Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Requirements

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
