What You’ll Do As the Physician & Preceptor Administration Program Director, you will manage the administrative infrastructure supporting physician and preceptor engagement within Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). You will oversee preceptor recruitment, credentialing support, scheduling coordination, and performance tracking across training sites. Working alongside the Clinical Preceptorship Program Director, you will ensure that administrative processes enable — rather than hinder — the expansion of clinical training in rural Indiana. You will produce regular status reports, manage budgets tied to the initiative, and coordinate to align program operations with broader RHTP milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
  • Strong organizational and administrative management capabilities
  • Experience coordinating across healthcare systems, academic institutions, and government agencies

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of physician training, credentialing, or clinical education administration preferred
