About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Moonlighter Physical Medicine & Rehab Physician to join our team in Palos Heights, IL. This role involves providing Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) consults for inpatients at Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital. There is a potential to be included in the weekend on-call rotation for the PM&R practice, which covers both the West Region (Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital & Central DuPage Hospital) and the South Region (Palos Hospital). The position utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system and has a compensation model based on an hourly rate. Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital is recognized by U.S. News & World Report America’s Best Hospitals, ranking No. 13 in the Chicago metro area and Illinois. Located just 20 miles from downtown Chicago, the hospital serves the southwest suburbs and is a 428-bed facility situated near numerous forest preserves.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehab.
- Must complete an authorization and disclosure form for a background check.
- Background check includes criminal history.
