About The Position
Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative and growing Anesthesia Division at Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch, California. This position offers a diverse case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, Podiatry, GYN, and Robotics, with occasional Thoracic and ENT cases. Notably, there are no Trauma, Neuro, Vascular, Pediatrics, or OB cases, and no in-hospital call requirements. The department is stable and collegial, with strong surgical and nursing support. Antioch provides convenient access to the East Bay and surrounding communities.
Requirements
- MD or DO with an active California Medical License (or in process)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for a diverse case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, Podiatry, GYN, Robotics, occasional Thoracic and ENT cases.
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
