About The Position

The West Virginia University Health System, the state’s largest health system and largest private employer, comprises 18 hospitals throughout the state and bordering states. In addition, it includes five institutes, as well as providing management services for other local hospitals through affiliate agreements. West Virginia University Medical Corporation d/b/a University Health Associates seeks multiple Pediatric Epilepsy Physicians. The successful candidates will be expected to practice in the primary location of Morgantown, WV.

Requirements

• Professional medical degree, such as MD, DO, or foreign equivalent degree.
• Completion of an appropriate residency program in Neurology.
• Completion of fellowship in Pediatric Epilepsy.
• Eligible to obtain state medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care by diagnosing, treating, and preventing child neurology and pediatric epilepsy diseases.
• Provide clinical instruction to students, residents and fellows.
• Advancing initiatives in patient care.
