About The Position

This position is for a Physician / Partial Medical Director at a vascular medicine organization. The company, established in 2020, operates 8 offices in Maricopa County, with the Phoenix office having a provider staff of 2 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, 1 registered nurse, and 1 registered vascular sonographer. The role involves 10% administrative time and 90% patient care. Physicians typically perform 3 procedures per hour on procedure days and see an average of 12 patients per day on clinic days. Once the new physician is established and comfortable adding a team member, the practice will hire an advanced practice provider to partner with them. The practice sees patients for conditions such as venous insufficiency, varicose veins, spider veins, restless leg syndrome, leg swelling, and leg heaviness. They utilize the DrChrono EHR and state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment. Full and comprehensive training on venous procedures is provided, and prior experience in this area is not required. The focus is on finding candidates with a passion for procedural work and providing excellent patient experiences. The position begins with a 6-week paid training and orientation program in Dallas, Texas, with all expenses covered.

Requirements

• Arizona medical license
• DEA
• Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field
