About The Position

Deaconess Illinois Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Pain Medicine Physician to join their team. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of pain management with a new service line, benefiting from exceptional support and resources. The practice offers a balanced mix of interventional procedures and medication management, with a 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient setting. The role utilizes a fully integrated EPIC EMR system and involves shared call coverage.

Responsibilities

Provide pain management services, including interventional procedures and medication management.
Manage a caseload with autonomy and full support from colleagues.
Provide inpatient care when necessary.
Collaborate with a seasoned pain management physician at a nearby sister hospital.
Work with strong OR, ICU, ER, and medical floor staff for multidisciplinary support.
Participate in shared call coverage (10 shifts/month per contract).

$550,000 guaranteed base salary (first year)
