About The Position
WVUHS Medical Group seeks a full-time Pain Management Physician to practice in Oakland, Maryland. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent care in an outpatient setting. This role involves a variety of clinical and technical skills including coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, interventional and medical management with follow-up for pain patients. As a full member of the WVU Health System, Garrett Regional Medical Center is part of a broad, integrated network of doctors, hospitals, clinics, and specialized institutes.
Requirements
- MD, MD/PhD or DO degree or foreign educational equivalent
- Eligible for state medical license
- Board certified or eligible in Pain Medicine at the time of appointment.
Responsibilities
- Coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, interventional and medical management with follow-up to pain patients.
- Providing excellent care in an outpatient setting.
