Epic Pain Management is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our growing Laredo practice. As a physician-founded, physician-owned, and physician-led interventional pain practice, Epic gives physicians the autonomy to practice medicine with the support of an established organization behind them. You'll have experienced physician mentorship, dedicated MA/scribe support, zero call, and strong clinical and operational infrastructure—allowing you to focus on your patients, procedures, and practice growth. Whether you're completing fellowship or are an experienced physician ready for your next opportunity, you'll have the resources to build your presence in the Laredo community, develop strong patient and referral relationships, and grow alongside an expanding Texas practice. Each physician is supported by 1–2 dedicated Medical Assistants who also function as clinical scribes, helping reduce documentation burden and minimize after-hours charting. Combined with dedicated scheduling, credentialing, and operational support, our infrastructure gives you more time to evaluate patients, perform procedures, develop treatment plans, and build meaningful patient relationships. As Epic continues to expand throughout Texas, you'll also have opportunities to contribute ideas, participate in practice development, and help shape the future of the organization.
