About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our collaborative and physician-led practice in Palo Alto, California. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality ENT care in a supportive environment with abundant professional growth opportunities. The position involves collaborative relationships with specialists, a robust onboarding and mentorship program, and the availability of remote video visits from home. There are abundant leadership and committee work opportunities, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. This is a physician-led inclusive organization, emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, clinician/staff well-being, and innovation. The practice is a general ENT practice with the ability to grow subspecialty interest and offers the opportunity for rapid practice growth. Call is shared with an outstanding group of ENT colleagues, with a 1:6 rotation, and it is a good surgical practice.
