About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. This is an opportunity to practice general orthopedic procedures as well as to develop niche practices in some of the following areas: total joint replacement, sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, hand surgery, and foot and ankle surgery. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and operative skills, as well as the ability to prioritize patient satisfaction. The candidate will display good interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
• Strong clinical and operative skills

Responsibilities

• Practice general orthopedic procedures
• Develop niche practices in areas such as total joint replacement, sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, hand surgery, and foot and ankle surgery
• Coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
• Inpatient rounding on own surgical patients
