About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time board-certified, or board-eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon to join their practice in Santa Clara, CA. This position offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary culture that supports exceptional personalized patient care. The Medical Group consists of over 2200 physicians across primary care and more than 45 medical and surgical specialties, recognized for high patient experience ratings and "elite" status by the California Association of Physician groups. The role provides a physician-led and collegial environment with a team-based care approach, schedule flexibility, and opportunities for rapid practice growth. It is a full scope practice with the potential to grow a subspecialty interest and offers abundant leadership and committee work opportunities, including active promotion of quality improvement projects.
