About The Position

EmergeOrtho, the region’s most comprehensive center for orthopedic care, has an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at our Wilson clinic location. Qualified candidates will possess a strong orthopedic background and are trained to care for sports related orthopedic conditions. EmergeOrtho offers patients a complete range of orthopedic services, specialties and technologies unmatched in the region. EmergeOrtho's medical team includes 15 board certified and/or fellowship trained specialists working with 20 mid-level providers across 8 office locations to help our patients to move better and live better. We provide an excellent quality of life, practicing in our state-of-the-art facility that includes digital x-ray, fluoroscopy suite, as well as a strong internal referral base. As the largest physician-owned orthopedic practice in the state and the 6th in the country, EmergeOrtho’s medical team includes upwards of 170 highly trained orthopedic specialists and nearly as many advanced practice providers. Our subspecialty orthopedic teams offer advanced expertise in conditions of the bones, muscles, and joints. Providing multiple locations, extensive orthopedic services including therapy, and focusing on continuity of care are among the top priorities of EmergeOrtho.

Requirements

• Full-Time Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
• Strong orthopedic background
• Trained to care for sports related orthopedic conditions
• Board certification
• Active or eligible North Carolina state licensure required
