About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified Oncology physician for their thriving Cancer Genetics and Prevention Program. The physician will work at a state-of-the-art cancer center, manage patients at high-risk of cancer, including those with hereditary syndromes, and collaborate with genetic counselors, specialists, and primary care physicians. The role benefits from a robust referral base, with an average of 13-14 patients per day and no weekend or evening call required.

Requirements

• Board eligible or certified in Medical Oncology
• Interest in genetic cancer risk assessment and management

Responsibilities

• Manage patients at high-risk of cancer, including those with hereditary syndromes
• Collaborate with genetic counselors, specialists and primary care
