Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the way in welcoming new team members, crafting personalized orientation and mentorship journeys.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff, helping them navigate challenges and unlock their full potential.
• Ensure the team operates with the highest standards of integrity and compliance with policies for patient safety.
• Serve as a collaborative partner across the organization, aligning departmental goals with the broader mission of clinical excellence.
