Physician, Obstetrics/Gynecology - Hospitalist, Per-Diem Independent Contractor (San Francisco, CA)
About The Position
Sutter West Bay Medical Group has an opportunity for an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a premier, innovative, and rapidly growing team at California Pacific Medical Center. Our hospitalists provide full-scope obstetric care for the community, supported by a Level 3+ NICU with in-house neonatology, anesthesiology, and maternal-fetal medicine. You will partner closely with our SWBMG generalists and midwives in a collaborative, team-based model of care. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligibility for California medical licensure
- Strong clinical judgment
- Collaborative, patient-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope obstetric care for the community.
- Partner closely with SWBMG generalists and midwives in a collaborative, team-based model of care.
- Provide per diem coverage with flexibility as a priority.
- Work 12-hour and 24-hour shifts.
- Collaborate with on-shift team support including neonatology, anesthesia, MFM, and midwifery.
