About The Position
Ochsner Health System is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join its existing practice of 6 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This is a clinic-based position with dedicated surgery days. The CHRISTUS-Ochsner Lake Area Hospital, located adjacent to the practice, is an 88-bed hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services. The position offers an integrated practice model with a strong internal referral network and support from specialists and sub-specialists throughout Ochsner Health. The EPIC medical record platform is utilized throughout Ochsner Health, and the state has tort reform.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Clinic-based position with dedicated surgery days
- Provide inpatient and outpatient services with high quality and cost-effective emergency, medical and surgical care
- Utilize integrated practice model with strong, internal referral network
- Collaborate with specialists and sub-specialists throughout Ochsner Health
