About The Position
Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician for a practice opportunity in Northbrook, IL. This is a full-time, outpatient position within a comprehensive, fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to its academic mission, EMR analytics, and an exceptional patient experience. As the principal academic affiliate of the Pritzker School of Medicine at The University of Chicago, academic appointment is available to qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Illinois Medical License or License Pending
- Completed a Family Medicine residency
- Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Responsibilities
- Development of a clinical practice.
- A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
- Participation in weekend and weekday call.
- Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
