About The Position

ProHealth Care is seeking a Neurologist to join our esteemed Neuroscience team. Our program is recognized by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as a Partner in MS Care and a Center for Comprehensive Care. Additionally, both ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital are designated Primary Stroke Centers by The Joint Commission, with Waukesha Memorial earning the American Stroke Association's Get With The Guidelines Gold Plus Achievement and Quality Award, and Oconomowoc Memorial receiving the Silver Plus Achievement and Quality Award. This role involves Neurohospitalist duties with inpatient call, covering every other week from Sunday to Sunday, and includes services at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, and Mukwonago Hospital. Requirements

M.D. or D.O. graduate.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in Wisconsin.
Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered neurological care.
Interested in general neurology or a neurology subspecialty.
Dedicated to working in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient neurological care as a Neurohospitalist.
Participate in inpatient call rotation, covering every other week from Sunday to Sunday.
Provide care at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, and Mukwonago Hospital.
Collaborate with neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and other subspecialists.
Practice general neurology or incorporate subspecialty interests such as movement disorders, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, headache medicine, or neuromuscular disorders.
