About The Position

Essentia Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Nephrologist to join an established, collaborative nephrology team in Duluth, Minnesota. This is an excellent full-scope nephrology opportunity within a large tertiary care system serving a regional population of approximately 460,000. This position offers a competitive compensation package starting at $450,000, with additional earning potential through bonuses, quality incentives, and/or production-based compensation. The nephrology practice includes a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services, including clinical nephrology, hypertension management, post-transplant care, acute dialysis services, ICU nephrology, apheresis, plasmapheresis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, home hemodialysis, CAPD and CCPD. The dialysis population is approximately 300 patients, supported by dialysis units in the Duluth/Twin Ports area and multiple satellite locations throughout the region. Outreach consultative services are provided at 3 Twin Ports clinics and 6 regional clinic locations.

Requirements

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin
