About The Position

HealthPartners is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Nephrologist to join their team. This full-time position involves outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis care management for a diverse patient population. The role is primarily based at Methodist Hospital and Park Nicollet Clinic in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, with one day of outreach per week. Responsibilities include clinic, dialysis, call, and hospital duties. The call schedule is approximately 1:7. Requirements

• BC/BE Nephrologist
• Medical license in Minnesota
• DEA license

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis care management.
• Perform clinic duties.
• Manage dialysis patients.
• Participate in call rotation (approximately 1:7).
• Perform hospital duties.
• Conduct one day of outreach weekly.
