About The Position
Essentia Health is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join a strong 4-person team in Fargo, ND. This position is based in a Level III, 14-bed newly renovated NICU with private suites. The role involves 7-8 shifts per month and offers strong support from a 6-person OB team with growing birth volume, full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine support, and pediatric subspecialty support including cardiology, neurology, and virtual hematology. The position offers a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, relocation package, and benefits. There is also overnight NNP support and highly experienced nursing staff.
Requirements
- BC/BE in Neonatology
- Ability to work 7-8 shifts per month as part of a 4-person team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a Level III NICU.
- Experience with private suites in NICU.
- Experience with strong OB and Maternal Fetal Medicine support.
- Experience with pediatric subspecialty support (cardiology, neurology, virtual hematology).
