About The Position

This position is for a student physician completing a medical internship. Compliance with healthcare personnel testing and immunization requirements is mandatory, including TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, and Varicella, which must be completed before the internship begins. Influenza vaccines will be required based on CDC and NMDOH guidelines. A Criminal Records Check is required for positions at the Checkerboard Area Health System.

Requirements

• Must provide a letter of good standing from an educational institution.
• Must comply with required testing and immunizations (TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella) prior to the student's internship.
• Must receive Influenza vaccines according to dates set by the CDC and NMDOH.
• Successful completion of a Criminal Records Check is required if assigned to the Checkerboard Area Health System.
