About The Position
Sparrow Medical Group (SMG) is a multispecialty physician group and the premier physician organization of Sparrow Health System (SHS). They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated, full-time BC/BE Hematology Oncologist to join their Sparrow Herbert-Herman Cancer Center located in Lansing, Michigan. SMG delivers exceptional quality care in a diverse and family friendly community. SHS and SMG are committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region. The position is hospital-employed and offers comprehensive team support including oncologists, nurses, case managers, social workers, a genetics counselor, and a pharmacist. The center also provides onsite genomic testing and clinical trials. Sparrow Hospital has been recognized nationally for its quality and patient safety.
Requirements
- MD/DO degree
- BC/BE Hematology Oncologist
- Full-time availability
- Experience Level: New Grad

Responsibilities
- Provide medical oncology care within the Sparrow Herbert-Herman Cancer Center.
- Participate in call coverage rotation (1:5).
- Collaborate with a comprehensive team of oncologists, nurses, case managers, social workers, a genetics counselor, and a pharmacist.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system.
