About The Position

MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Physician to join their well-established, thriving, and comprehensive practice in Yakima, Washington. As a provider within their physician-governed MultiCare Cancer Institute, you will find everything you need to excel in your job, including outstanding facilities, comprehensive resources, and talented teammates who share your commitment to quality patient care. The practice serves a growing population with complex cancer diseases and is part of an established 300+ provider multi-specialty group, Yakima Memorial Hospital and Clinics. The North Star Lodge is a full-service, multi-specialty freestanding cancer center. This is a full-time, flexible, 4-day work schedule position, offering opportunities for research, both industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research, in collaboration with dedicated staff. Requirements

  • BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Physician
  • Board certified/eligible at time of employment
  • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
  • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases per year.
  • Provide personalized, high-quality cancer care.
  • Deliver integrated hematology, oncology, radiation, surgical, and supportive care.
  • Collaborate with advanced pathology, imaging, and evidence-based treatment.
  • Participate in research opportunities, including industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research.

  • Guide each patient with compassion, clarity, and seamless coordination through every stage of their cancer journey.
