About The Position

Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician needed for a full-time (0.8 FTE) position in Rolling Meadows, IL. This role offers easy patient access through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR, and provides care in a diverse and inclusive environment. You will be part of an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and an embedded service line.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school.
Current CPR certification or specialty-specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through the American Heart Association.
