About The Position
Meridian Health Partners is seeking dedicated physicians to provide care in Assisted and Independent Living communities in the Dallas /Fort Worth Metro area. Founded in 2021, Meridian Health Partners is a physician-led group committed to improving outcomes in senior care. We support our providers with the tools and infrastructure needed to deliver high-quality care in post-acute, rehab, assisted living, and memory care settings throughout the DFW area.
Requirements
- Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification
- Board Certified
- Inpatient or Hospitalist experience welcomed
