About The Position

Rocky Mountain Senior Care is the largest post-acute care practice in Colorado with 100+ physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants covering 700+ Assisted Living facilities, independent living facilities, skilled nursing homes, memory care facilities, and group homes stretching from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins with Denver in the middle. The practice philosophy is structured so you determine your work/lifestyle balance. With the 700+ facilities, you are challenged by the wide spectrum of pathology that will test all your clinical skills. We are looking for a full-time or part-time Physician to join our family in Central Denver. Our operational and incentive model is designed to attract and reward entrepreneurial clinicians who value efficiency, quality, and are motivated. Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
• Geriatric or Senior Care experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in call schedule.
• Entrepreneurial mindset valuing efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care in various post-acute care settings including Assisted Living facilities, independent living facilities, skilled nursing homes, memory care facilities, and group homes.
• Manage a wide spectrum of pathology to test clinical skills.
• Determine work/lifestyle balance through flexible scheduling.
• Participate in call schedule every other month with flexibility to trade or take others' call.
