About The Position
Eden Health Club is a wellness destination in Greenwood Village, Colorado, where medicine, fitness, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, regenerative medicine, and aesthetics all live under one roof. Our mission is simple: Look Better. Feel Better. Perform Better. Alongside the club, we deliver care virtually to patients nationwide. This role sits across both, which means you get the reach of a Telehealth practice and the hands-on work of a real clinic in the same job. We are looking for a physician to join our clinical team at our Greenwood Village club. You will see patients in person and virtually across hormone therapy, medical weight loss, peptides, longevity, and aesthetics — with a team of NPs and PAs who will look to you as a clinical resource, and the option, separately compensated, to grow into medical direction if that interests you. The role is paid hourly, so every hour you work is paid. And do the math before you compare salaries: no call, no pager, no nights, no charting until midnight. At this rate for daytime medicine, your effective hourly meets or beats a hospital attending's. Please read this before the requirements: you do not need hormone, weight loss, or aesthetics experience to apply. Almost no residency teaches this kind of medicine — so we do. If you are licensed, practicing, and excited about proactive care, we want to hear from you, whether you are two years out of residency or twenty. New attending and physicians stepping back from hospital medicine are equally welcome.
Requirements
- MD or DO with a current Colorado medical license, or license-eligible before your start date
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states — our virtual patients are nationwide, and we cover every cost
- Board certification or board eligibility (family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, obesity medicine, endocrinology, or a related field), and active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one
- Clinical practice experience in any setting — primary care, hospital medicine, urgent care, and emergency medicine all count
- Located in the Denver metro area or relocating, and able to commute to the club
- Comfortable practicing over video, and willing to learn procedural and injection-based care
- Strong communication skills, a patient-first approach, and current BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Licensure in additional states, or willingness to obtain it — we cover the cost
- Prior Telehealth or virtual-visit experience
- Experience with GLP-1 medical weight loss, hormone therapy, or peptides
- Aesthetic injecting experience (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, dermal filler)
- Obesity medicine certification, or a functional, integrative, or longevity medicine background
- Regenerative medicine, microneedling, or laser and light device experience
- Experience in a cash-pay, concierge, or membership-based practice
- Prior medical direction, collaborative oversight, precepting, or mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- See patients in the club and virtually, with real time to build a relationship
- Prescribe and manage medical weight loss and metabolic health
- Manage hormone therapy for women and men, including pellet placement
- Run peptide, longevity, and cellular health programs
- Prescribe men's health, performance, and hair restoration therapies
- Order and interpret labs, and adjust treatment plans as patients progress
- Perform aesthetic injectables and regenerative treatments — training provided
- Serve as a clinical resource to our NP and PA team, and collaborate with our esthetics, fitness, nutrition, and recovery teams on whole-person plans
