As a Primary Care Physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you'll be part of a collaborative team. This team includes APP's, Pharmacists, Care Coaches, Behavioral Health Specialists, and more—all working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care. Reporting to our Associate Medical Director, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting and empowering clinicians to do what they love. How you will contribute: You will provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors You will collaborate daily with the interdisciplinary team. You will Document in EMR Athena You will spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time. You will work on-site, in an outpatient office setting Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university Board Certification or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients Preferred Qualifications: Active and unrestricted DEA license Medicare and Medicaid Provider Number 2+ years of experience 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Patients Knowledge of Medicare standards Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators Additional Information TB Statement: Humana considers this role patient facing and runs its Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, which includes this role. If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $219,400 - $306,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance. Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
