Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or marketing experience
  • A reliable vehicle (regular local travel required)
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation instincts
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage pipelines and track activity
  • Confidence creating and delivering tailored presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote proficiency, strong written and verbal communication, comfort speaking to groups)
  • A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a consistently positive attitude
  • A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Openness to feedback and a relationship-management mindset
  • Existing relationship with medical practices / physicians

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, and medical office staff
  • Conduct direct outreach and consultations with pediatric, primary care, otolaryngology, and other related practices
  • Follow up on referrals and deliver educational programs to patients and medical offices
  • Tracking outreach efforts, visits, and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure no lead or relationship falls through the cracks
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote our providers
  • Maintain existing referral accounts while actively prospecting and cultivating new leads
  • Work with marketing team to develop marketing materials to distribute in offices
  • Plan and execute 1-2 events annually for key accounts in market, in addition to weekly/monthly lunches and other initiatives
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, growth, operations and new business development to support both existing locations and new de novo/acquisitions in the market
