About The Position

This role involves a team-based care approach with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to support physicians. A virtual in-basket support team is available, and there are collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization. The position offers a robust onboarding and mentorship program, with flexibility in scheduling. Full-time is a 4-day work week, and part-time opportunities are available. Patient visit duration is flexible. Remote video visits from home are an option. Physician call is light, entirely virtual, and calls are initially screened by an RN, NP, and PAs. There are abundant leadership and committee work opportunities, with active promotion of quality improvement projects.
